Genevieve Benjamin Bio

At 16 when I found myself out of school for six months with a bad case of mono I chose photography as my home school elective thinking it would be an easy class to get "over" on, boy was I ever wrong! Thirty something years later I'm still learning my easy class. Photography became my career as well as my passion. My Youth Sports Photography company, Group Focus, is in it's 30th year of business paying the bills and leaving a little left over for my passion nature & wildlife photography. Joining NWPLI has accelerated my learning and my passion for photography and for nature, as well as my spending! I make my living as a photographer so that makes me a "professional" but the caliber & talent of photography that is freely exhibited & shared by this group makes me proud to be a member of NWPLI.
